- Language used in the Casino Action Terms and Conditions
- The Casino Action Terms and Conditions as published on this website (and updated from time to time) are in English and it is the English version of these Terms and Conditions that form the basis of these Terms only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.

- Your Casino Action account
- All applicants must be over 21 years of age to register with Casino Action. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. It is each customer's responsibility to check that the laws in their state/country concerning gambling allow them to use our services prior to registration.
- All information supplied when registering with the site MUST be accurate and complete in all respects. Casino Action reserves the right to confirm a customer's address by posting an address verification letter by mail to the customer. All correspondence will be discreet and the envelope will not display any reference to Casino Action. When such correspondence is initiated, all withdrawal requests will remain pending until the correspondence has been returned and approved by Casino Action.
- However, Casino Action reserves the right to initiate the verification procedure by contacting you by e-mail.
- Customers may only open and operate a single account. Where a customer is identified with more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to the same customer) are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated leaving a single active account.
- Customers are asked to keep their registration details up to date. If you change your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information please contact Customer Service in order to update your account information.
- Casino Action allows all its customers to choose their own password combination. Customers are asked to keep this information secret. Any actions carried our through your account will stand if your user name and password have been entered correctly.
- If using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account will be suspended. Where an account is suspended, customers should contact Customer Services for details of our verification process. Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card.
- Updating or adding additional payment details may only be done by contacting customer services.
- All applicants will be sent an email to the registered email address for account activation. All accounts must be activated through this email. If this is not completed, Casino Action reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are verified.
- All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, debit/credit card and shared computer, eg. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers.
- By registering, the customer is deemed to have accepted and understood all the rules, terms and conditions displayed on the website by Casino Action. We recommend that all members print out (or save to file) all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation policies, and pay-out policies.
- Casino Action shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with Casino Action's website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption o f data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content. Casino Action reserves the right to close or suspend a customer's account.
- Minors
All applicants must be over 21 years of age to register with Casino Action. Casino Action absolutely prohibits minors or those underage from participating in any of the games. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. It is each customer's responsibility to check that the laws in their state/country concerning gambling allow them to use our services prior to registration. Please refer to the section 6 "Jurisdictions".
- Account Dormancy
If after 90 days your Casino Action account shows no activity it will be considered dormant. In this eventuality, on the first day of every subsequent month, a dormancy fee of $2 (or currency equivalent) will be levied should there be an account balance. This charge will remain in place until the account becomes active again and no longer dormant or if the account balance reaches zero. Thereafter, should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 30 months and where the account also has a balance Casino Action shall attempt to contact the account holder with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, then the remaining balance (if any) within that account shall be remitted to the Lottery and gaming Authority(LGA) of Malta.
- Inter-Account Transfers
The transfer of funds between individual poker accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Account Suspension / Closure
Casino Action reserves the right to close or suspend a customer's account at its sole discretion

- Payment Details / Withdrawals
- If using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account will be suspended. Where an account is suspended, customers should contact Customer Services for details of our verification process.
- It is the Cardholder's responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and website policies and rules.
- It is the Cardholder's responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in the country of domicile.
- Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card.

- Authorisation Procedure
- Casino Action reserves the right to ask customers for verification documents upon deposits made via credit or debit card and / or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:
- copy of card in question (if applicable)
- copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Drivers License
- documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months
- Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit.
- Please note that an Account Holder's withdrawal may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process.

- Recording of Communications
All telephone calls are recorded on security tapes for training and security purposes. The same applies to internet communications
- Processing of Personal Details
Any personal data received in regards to an account holder and/or registrant is:
- processed in accordance with the rights of the Account Holder concerned
- obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose
- kept in a secure manner
- is utilised for marketing purposes based on the opt-out principle
- Disclosure of Information
Casino Action will instruct and authorize the credit financial institution by which an Account Holder's account is held to disclose any information as may be requested by the LGA in respect of an Account Holder's account.
Casino Action will disclose personal data when ordered to do so by any Governing Authority and/or under any legal provision contained in the Governing Law. For fraud detection and control purposes you agree that Casino Action has the right to transfer your personal data to third parties, including so-called AVS service providers and other partners.
Furthermore, Casino Action reserves the right to disclose personal data to relevant recipients where Casino Action has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities that involve a Casino Action Account.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Materials
Casino Action reserves the right to process personal data for CRM purposes. Players can choose not to receive marketing / promotional material at registration and / or unsubscribe from promotional material sent electronically.
- Correction of Incorrect Account Information
The Account Holder has the right to require access to the Account Holder's own personal data and/or has the right to correct and/or erase wrong and/or inappropriate data.
- Cookies / ActiveX
The Casino Action website works by using cookies and Active X components for (but is not limited to) the following purposes:
- To identify the Account Holder's preferred language so it is automatically selected when the Account Holder returns to Casino Action;
- For analysis of Casino Action website traffic so as to allow us to make suitable improvements.

- Use of bots and Illegal Software
- The use and abuse of a bug in any of the gaming software provided on the Casino Action platform is illegal. The player detecting a bug on the gaming software must inform Casino Action as soon as the bug is discovered.
- Casino Action shall take all necessary measure in case of a use and/or abuse of a bug from a player as blocking of the player account, freezing of the funds and eventually legal proceedings.
- The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games in the Poker or Casino for financial gain is strictly forbidden and any monies acquired in this way will be deducted from the Account Holders funds.
- Interruptions in play
- Casino Action is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of Casino Action Management
- Casino Action shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with Casino Action's website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
- In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other element of the Product, we will not be liable to you as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question.
- In the event of a Casino system malfunction all wagers are void.
- Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap taken in a bet, the bet, or that part of the bet if it is a multiple bet/parlay will be null and void.
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by us at our discretion, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited to your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to the Agreement. Until acceptance, no communications from you shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to play only. Malfunction (whether on a Website or your equipment) voids all pays and plays. Should we determine to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to you, it shall only be for that instant and shall not set a precedent for the future.
- Casino Action reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void.
- Availability of Offers

- Collection of winnings
- Winnings are added in the selected currency for your account to the cleared balance of your account. Should you wish to withdraw some or all of your balance you may select how much you wish to have paid back. The maximum withdrawal amount per 24 hour period is 4,000USD or currency equivalent. - Casino Action's self-exclusion policy is thus: An Account Holder may at any time request that his or her Gaming Account be closed for the reason of problem gambling. - The current balance and transaction history of your account may be viewed at any time. Should there be any claim or dispute arising from past or current transactions please contact us. If we are unable to settle the dispute we will refer the dispute to an arbiter, such as IBAS, whose decision will be final subject to full representation given to all parties involved.
- Any dispute relating to the provision of the games and the validity, performance and construction of the present agreement relating to the games shall be exclusively solved in terms of Maltese law. Where recourse to the Courts of Law is necessary, Maltese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Casino Action will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a timely and responsible manner however where a dispute remains unresolved by both parties arbitration may be sought as described above. If after this process a matter still remains unresolved a dispute may be brought to the LGA at complaints@lga.org.mt
- Financial Institution
- Casino Action is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever
- Casino Action does not provide advice to Account Holders regarding tax and/or legal matters.
- Account Holders who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.
- Account Holders are strictly prohibited from utilising Casino Action and it systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where Casino Action deems that an Account Holder has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Account Holders balance without warning or notification.
Promotion Terms And Conditions
Any sign-up bonus is only valid on your first deposit.
- All promotions can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer

Bonus Account Terms And Conditions
Rules:
- A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.
- A Player's bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
- A player's cash account may be cashed in provided any minimum bet requirements associated with redeemed bonuses have been satisfied.
- Specific play-through requirements are indicated in the terms and conditions of each promotion.
Bonus Account Terms and Conditions include:
- Bonus amounts credited to a Player's bonus account are subject to 30 times play through before they may be cashed in.
- Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the play through - up to 100%, towards the required play-through.
- The contributing percentages are as follows:
- Slots and Parlor Games count 100% towards wagering requirements
- Table Poker, Casino War and Sic Bo count 50% towards wagering requirements
- Video Poker, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack, Craps and Baccarat count 10% towards wagering requirements
- Classic Blackjack and all Roulettes count 2% towards wagering requirements
- All Aces Video Poker does not count towards wagering
- As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player's bonus account to their cash account.
- Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The Player can use either their bonus or their cash account.
- For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player's cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player's bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
- If a Player makes a withdrawal, their bonus account is reset to zero. This means that if a Player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any bonus money they may still have remaining in their Bonus Account.
- Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player's bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
- Where crediting a Player's bonus account with winnings would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's cash account.
- Note: This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred.
- If the casino deems that the autoplay feature has been used for the purpose of meeting bonus account wagering requirements, Casino Rewards reserves the right to void winnings.
- Observations of playing patterns such as the playing for deliberate minimum risk, equal, zero margin or hedge betting may not be considered as playing in the appropriate spirit for the purposes of meeting bonus wagering requirements. Should the Casino deem that these practices have been utilized for the specific purpose of meeting wagering requirements, the casino reserves the right to withhold any cashins and/or confiscate all winnings.
- The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:
- Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;
- Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
- Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette
Cash Account Terms and Conditions include:
For players who receive a first deposit or sign up bonus, a minimum of 30 times the bonus balance must be wagered prior to making
a withdrawal from their Cash account. Please note, as a player's bonus balance clears from their bonus account to their cash
account the wagering required to withdraw from the cash account will also decrease.
For example, if a player receives a $100.00 bonus, they will have to wager approximately
$1,500.00 based on a game with 100% wagering contribution (e.g. Slots and Parlor Games)
before attempting a withdrawal. Similarly, they will have to wager $3,000.00 based on a
game with a 50% wagering contribution (e.g. Table Poker, Casino War, Sic Bo) and so on.
